HITTING THEIR GROOVE!

Northwest College Women's Basketball team is ready to start Region IX play next week as they have two games! 

First the Trappers hit the road on Wednesday 2/24 to take on Central Wyoming Rustlers (0-6). Game time is 5:30 p.m. You can catch the action on CWC Rustlers youtube page. 

Then they return home on Saturday 2/27 vs. Laramie County Golden Eagles (5-4). Game time is 2 p.m.

10 games into the 2020-2021 season the Trappers hold a 6-4 record and are currently riding a 3-game winning streak. Three of their losses have come to NJCAA Top 20 Teams including; Western Nebraska, Salt Lake, and College of Southern Idaho in which they played each on the road.

On the court returning sophomore Riley Aiono is setting the tone leading the team with 12.2 points per game while shooting 45% from the field, grabbing 6.7 rebounds per game, and is leading Region IX in blocked shots with a total of 21, good for over 2 per game!
